Our Story
Hi, I'm Mash – the face behind the flame.
Back in 2017, I fired up my first wood-fired pizza oven in a humble little shack on the coast of Hemsby. What started as a simple passion for great food and authentic flavours quickly grew into something bigger, thanks to the amazing support of our local community.
Fast forward to 2024, and I’ve taken the next big step – launching my very own food trailer, serving up more than just our signature pizzas. From our base at Rackheath Industrial Estate, we've expanded our menu to include fresh, grilled burgers, loaded wraps, and tasty sides – all made with quality ingredients and a lot of love.
We’ve also joined delivery platforms like Uber Eats & JustEat so you can enjoy our food wherever you are.
But no matter how far we go, we’ll never forget our roots. We’re still firing up the wood pizza oven for weddings, birthdays, and events across Norfolk – bringing that same rustic, smoky flavour that started it all.
